Account Receivable Clerk

Rooterman Hartford Company has an opening for an "Accounts Receivable Clerk. This Job is using QUCKBOOKS SOFTWARD. This is a MUST HAVE 3 Years experience in doing account receivable and payables at a company to apply for this job. THIS JOB TO WORKING ONSITE in Newington office.

Job Duties: Must process invoice payments from clients in Quickbooks and sent invoices and statements to clients via email ETC for good and services and via paper mail. Must efficiently Track of good and services sold on credit, acting as a current asset on the balance sheet, crucial for cash flow management is tracks unpaid invoices (A/R and A/P receivable function). Efficient AR management involves invoicing and tracking, and collecting funds, ensuring the company is getting paid and staying health. Will be effective in AP management and AP Reporting is a MUST HAVE SKILL.

Also, will be responsible for invoicing customer via email, paper mails and calling customers and supply houses we do business to collect our money. Tax payments and reporting and cost accounting a must have skill.

Candidates will have 3 or more years experience in Construction field, doing the Accounts Receivable and Payable in this role. A resume is required to apply for this job. Must have Quickbook Software experience for this Job is a must have skill.
