Job Description
Premium Choice Home Care is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide excellent care to our pediatric clients in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We're seeking dependable, skilled nurses who want to make a difference in a child’s life.
We are currently offering a $100 sign on bonus for all nurses.
Part-time and full-time positions are available. We offer competitive pay!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide skilled nursing for children with special needs
- Follow plan of treatment for child
- Administer medication(s) as directed
- Build rapport with clients, parents and other health providers
- Maintain excellent communication with office staff and nursing supervisors
- Write detailed charting of needs, changes and cares provided
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Idaho state nursing license (LPN or RN)
- BLS Certification
- Idaho state background check
