We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with customers in a retail store environment to help them choose wireless products and service plans that best meet their needs.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face customer interaction, goal-driven sales, and staying current with the latest mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a retail store setting

• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless devices, plans, and accessories

• Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotions

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals

• Process activations, upgrades, and account changes

• Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation

• Keep the sales floor organized and stocked

• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and policies

• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment

• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate merchandise

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
