Job Description
Are you an individual who enjoys juggling different challenges, tasks, and personalities on a daily basis? Then being a Community Association Manager may be the right career for you! Heritage is looking for candidates who are experienced with managing the boards of directors of homeowner's and/or condominium associations. These candidates must be organized, flexible, have strong verbal and written communication skills, a proactive approach to dealing with problems, an understanding of industry standard best practices and a professional demeanor. Candidates should be comfortable with board mentoring, vendor management, coordination of support services, financial management and budgeting, and have good computer skills. A Real Estate CAM license, Broker license, or Real Estate Agent License in the state of Georgia is also required.
