Overview

We are a Ambulatory Surgery Center. Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for all patients attending by our office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist bedside duties with patients directed by your Nurse Manager Some roles, depending on the day may include serving water, juice or coffee.
• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Perform floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and/or floors with cleaning agents etc Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
• Thoroughly dust all furniture, pictures, and shelves, extending arms over head, bending, and stooping as needed.
• Clean and empty trash.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
• Assist Room Attendants with delivery of linen and supplies as well as removing trash and dirty linen.
• Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in patient and public areas.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when items need replenishing.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
