We are searching for a motivated, positive team player who is an experienced Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can accurately process data entry while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, we seek an individual with strong interpersonal skills who is capable of collaborating with various departments.

Requirements And Qualifications:

• Preferred 3+ years of experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to work with a variety of cultures and business groups.
• Able to organize and prioritize projects or assignments.
• Strong work ethic, values, and a high degree of integrity.
• Self-motivated, interpersonal, and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking abilities.
• Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured, dynamic work environment.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, assignments, and/or priorities.
• Manage and process orders via phone, email, and internet in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent attendance and Punctuality are essential.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and are quick learners.
