Registered Nurse - Sign on Bonus ($10K Full time, $5K Part Time)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to residents in a senior living community. You’ll play a vital role in managing chronic conditions, administering medications, and supporting overall wellness in a warm, respectful environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and monitor residents’ physical and mental conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Communicate regularly with families, physicians, and staff about resident needs
• Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and care staff as needed
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate urgent care
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control, and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• An active RN license (State of Missouri) is required for this position
• Experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or senior healthcare preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to dignity and resident-centered care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
