Havenside Home Improvement is looking for a proven sales leader ready to help scale one of the fastest growing home improvement organizations in the region.

This is not a babysitting role.

This is not a “sit in the office and watch numbers” position.

We are looking for a leader who can recruit, train, inspire, develop, ride along, close deals, improve performance, create accountability, and build a championship level culture.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Recruiting and developing top tier sales talent
• Leading daily sales meetings and trainings
• Field coaching and ride alongs
• Improving close rates and average sale
• Building systems, accountability, and culture
• Helping sales reps maximize income and performance
• Driving revenue growth while protecting profitability
