Job Description

The Maintenance Technician works on-site to complete all maintenance and groundskeeping tasks as directed by their supervisor, and is responsible for the day-to-day physical upkeep, repair, and safety of the property's buildings, units, grounds, and common areas. This includes completing daily work orders, performing preventative maintenance tasks, maintaining proper groundskeeping and trash removal, repairing equipment, responding to maintenance emergencies on an on-call basis, and other necessary duties. The Technician exercises hands-on technical skills and follows established procedures, safety codes, and manufacturer/vendor guidelines.
