Dental Assistant

Motivated, friendly, professional dental assistant with a positive attitude is needed for a part-time position in general dentistry. Experience with clinical dental assisting in general dentistry is required. Candidates must be all of the following: x-ray certified and able to take diagnostic radiographs, able to follow specific instructions, comfortable identifying dental instruments, skilled in basic four handed dentistry, proficient in universal precautions, well organized, and able to work efficiently and independently. The hours are typically from 9:00am to 5:00pm any week day between Tuesday through Friday and every Saturday from 8am-12noon. Candidates must be able to work Saturday hours. Experience with the Dentrix practice management software is an added bonus. Only qualified applicants will be considered.
