Retail Sales Associate, Photographic

We are seeking a Photographic salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling both new and used cameras and any related photographic equipment or services in a small retail setting.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and or services to customers
• Sell cameras and related accessories to customers
• Process camera rentals
• General cleaning and stock work

Qualifications:

• A friendly, patient and welcoming demeanor
• Basic understanding of photography
• Some technical camera knowledge
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Ability to skillfully handle a sometimes fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to self-motivate work-related tasks when not helping customers
• Basic math skills and clear handwriting
• Basic computer and social media skills
• Previous retail sales or customer service experience
