Director of Finance

• Lead all accounting and financial operations across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Oversee asset accounting, including cash management, accounts receivable, inventory, fixed assets, construction-in-progress, and prepaid expenses.
• Manage liability accounting, including accounts payable and other liabilities.
• Direct all cost accounting activities and ensure accurate product costing.
• Prepare, review, and distribute monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and capital expenditure planning.
• Manage debt activities, including banking relationships, lines of credit, and loan reporting.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable financial regulations.
• Support executive leadership with timely financial insights and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and audit coordination.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles.

• Internal controls and audit support.
• ERP/accounting software proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
