Personal Injury Paralegal

We are a successful law firm in Salem, and we are seeking to enhance our business with an experienced, full-time (40 hours) paralegal. Our team has great synergy, we enjoy working together and we are looking for someone who will feel the same way.

Must haves:

• Personal Injury and or Litigation experience
• Office experience
• Proofreading skills
• Being a notary (or willing to become a notary).
• Ability to answer phones and communications professionally.
• Client contact experience.

Nice to haves:

• Experience requesting and or reviewing medical records and charts
• Experience with insurance
• Experience with medical field
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates welcome!
• Experience with case file software systems (We currently use Smart Advocate, experience with SA is a plus)
