Nissan of Redlands, a high-volume dealership in San Bernardino County, is looking for motivated Lube & Tire Technicians to join our growing service team. As a Lube & Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, mounting and balancing tires, and conducting vehicle inspections in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services as outlined on repair orders.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document all findings.
• Communicate inspection results to the Service Advisor and recommend additional maintenance or repairs when needed.
• Prepare accurate labor and parts estimates for recommended services.
• Accurately document all work performed.
• Communicate effectively with Team Leads, Service Advisors, and Service Managers while following established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure vehicles remain clean during service.
• Follow all dealership policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
• Complete and maintain all required manufacturer training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of automotive experience in a dealership or aftermarket repair facility.
• Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional appearance and positive work ethic.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
