Food manufacturing General Labor

The General Laborer plays a key role in supporting daily operations within a cheese production and warehouse environment. This position involves working in areas such as production lines, cold storage, and packaging. Team members will be part of a fast-paced environment and may be required to work flexible shifts, We do have 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift options.

Employees will handle materials and equipment such as pallet jacks, conveyor systems, and packaging tools, while maintaining strict safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare cheese products efficiently and accurately for shipment
• Follow all safety, food safety (GMP), and company procedures
• Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and production lines
• Support team operations to ensure daily production goals are met

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
• Ability to work in cold environments and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
