Litigation Paralegal / Senior Legal Assistant

Location: Minnetonka, MN (100% Onsite) Pay: $65,000-$70,000

We're seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal or Senior Legal Assistant to join a growing law firm in Minnetonka. This role supports attorneys throughout all phases of litigation and is ideal for someone who can work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts
• Manage court deadlines and attorney calendars
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial logistics
• Prepare litigation documents and deposition notices
• Organize discovery, case files, and document productions
• Assemble trial and exhibit binders
• Support attorneys with case management and trial preparation
• Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and vendors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation support experience preferred
• Experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Litigation Secretary
• Knowledge of federal and state court filing procedures
• Experience supporting depositions, hearings, and trials
• Strong organizational, calendaring, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required
• Experience in civil, commercial, business, or constitutional litigation preferred
