What You'll Do

• Provide encouragement, hope, and peer support to individuals receiving mental health services.
• Help clients identify personal goals and develop strategies for recovery.
• Connect clients with community resources and support systems.
• Promote independence, self-advocacy, and overall wellness.
• Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Work alongside our clinical team to support client success.

Qualifications

• Ohio Certified Peer Recovery Supporter (CPRS) or Certified Peer Support Specialist certification required.
• Passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and recovery-focused.
