Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices
- Schedule and process payments
- Resolve vendor discrepancies
- Review employee expense reports
- Maintain AP records and ensure compliance
- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Track and Collect Payments
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Manage customer credits and terms
- Reconcile AR records and prepare reports
