About the Role:
Join C&T Forklift Repair as a Service Tech/Forklift and become a vital part of our dedicated team! We are looking for skilled technicians to provide exceptional service and maintenance on a variety of forklifts, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
- Perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional service.
- Assist in training junior technicians and share knowledge with team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in forklift technology.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in forklift repair and maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
