Customer Service Rep

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer support while processing orders, supporting sales growth, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and product availability to support customers and increase sales.
• Process customer orders accurately in the SAGE100 Sales Order Entry system.
• Coordinate international export shipments, including required documentation and compliance.
• Review customer orders and recommend additional or complementary products when appropriate.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and sales.
• Analyze purchasing trends and collaborate with Sales Representatives to support customer growth.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare order documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of export shipping is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
