Home Care Supervisory Nurse RN - AME Home Care

AME Home Care, LLC is looking for both Full and Part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to visit/monitor clients in their homes and conduct training and in-services (Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County, and surrounding areas). The schedule is somewhat flexible.

Home visits will include patient assessments, environmental/safety assessments, plan of care development, supervision of caregivers, caregiver training, patient and family education, and monitoring of client satisfaction, progress, and outcomes.

Position Qualifications:

-Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)

-Minimum one (1) year of nursing home care/home health experience required

-Current CPR/First Aid certification

-Copy of updated Physical based on state requirements

-Copy of updated TB results/Chest x-ray

-Reliable transportation

-Clean criminal history
