Looking for a compassionate caregiver to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients home in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities include: performance of tasks according to care plan, report to immediate supervisor any signs of clients decline, follow direction as per the guidelines of the job description.
A great candidate would be a High Schol Graduate/GED, able to complete orientation and training for the position, a positive attitude and willing to learn.
