Schedule estimates, consultations, and project appointments.
Create and update customer records.
Communicate with field crews regarding schedules and customer requests.
Follow up with customers before, during, and after project completion.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Process invoices and payments when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and job status.
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in a positive manner.
