Manager/KM/Assistant General Manager-Growing Seafood Restaurant

We are looking for Assistant General Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Restaurant Managers in Dallas!

Growing Casual Seafood Restaurant Group is interested in finding hard-working, guest-oriented and talented managers to help staff our growing business! Starting salary 60-70K, or 70-85K for AGMs/KMs, plus medical, dental and vision benefits! Must be able to lead restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service and food offerings on a consistent basis, promote sanitation practices, and profitability of business.

• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Great communication skills
• Outstanding organization and time management skills
• Is self-disciplined, motivated, and independent
• Experienced and proficient in the use of basic computer technology (i.e., POS systems, Microsoft Office programs, etc.).
• Customer Driven
• Must possess 2-3 years’ experience as an AGM/KM/MGR in busy full-service restaurants
