Parts Counter Clerk

The Parts Counter Clerk for trailer company plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service by efficiently managing parts sales and inventory. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with parts inquiries and sales
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update system data regularly
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel to manage stock levels
• Organize parts storage areas to ensure easy access and inventory control
• Provide information on parts specifications and compatibility
• Support other team members in maintaining efficient shop operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years in parts sales or inventory management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
