Best-One Tire & Service in West 86th St is looking for a Service Advisor who is passionate about Creating Raving Fans by delivering exceptional customer service. If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail tire or automotive service environment, enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, while assisting customers, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do as Service Advisor:

· Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.

· Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary

· Overseeing and managing the shop’s scheduling and workflow

· Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

· Monitor technician’s workflow and proper maintaining of tools and equipment

· Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards

What We're Looking For:

· Must have at least 1 year of experience in the retail tire environment.

· Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

· Must have a valid driver’s license; driving record must meet company’s insurance requirements.

· Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.
