Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a mother's helper at least 3 days a week for our 4-month-old infant. I (mom) work from home and am looking for someone to take care of our infant during the workday. This does NOT include housework/chores or anything other than taking care of the baby. Ideally would be 3 days a week (Monday-Wednesday) with Thursday as needed if you desire more hours. We do have a dog who is friendly. Desire someone who has experience taking care of infants, CPR certified, non-smoker, has their own mode of transportation and is comfortable with pets.
