Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in experience
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest account records
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred, hospitality experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency; hotel property management system (PMS) experience is a bonus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
