LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse

LVN for Family Medicine clinic. Work closely with physician and non-physician providers to assist with procedures & exams, diagnostic testing, medication administration and refills, patient/family education. Must be able to perform patient intake & face-to-face assessments with coordination and management of patient's needs with chronic illnesses. Must have 2 years of related work experience, a current Texas license, and CPR certification.
