Job Description
We are seeking skilled Licensed A&P STRUCTURES technicians to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, modification, and inspections on various aircraft systems. Commercial Aircraft. MUST have experience on Boeing and Airbus Airframes. This role requires a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance protocols and the ability to work effectively with precision tools and instruments. The Aircraft Mechanic will ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Duties
- Be able to evaluate & assess damages
- Modify aircraft components
- Remove & replace critical structures
- Read Blueprints
- Properly follow work orders
- Order correct parts from the IPC’s
- Navigate AMM’s & SRM’s
- STRONG structures background
- STRONG A&P Background
- Perform repairs on aircraft structures, systems, and components using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot avionics systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Fabricate parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and engineers to address complex issues effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or a similar field is preferred.
- MUST be comfortable with being On-Call
- Proficiency in using hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- PROVEN structures experience.
- Knowledge of avionics systems and their repair processes is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Certification from an accredited aviation maintenance program is desirable but not mandatory.
