PAR Logistics is looking for a motivated, competitive communicator to join our Carrier team. You’ll work directly with trucking companies across North America to negotiate rates, secure capacity, and make sure our customers’ freight gets where it needs to go.
If you enjoy talking to people, negotiating, solving problems, and working toward goals, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with carriers and drivers
- Negotiate freight rates and secure trucks
- Match available carriers with customer shipments
- Monitor active loads and handle issues as they arise
- Grow your carrier network and help maximize profitability
