INDUSTRIAL LIBRARIAN/PARTS WIZARD

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Warehouse Specialist to join our industrial automation and factory-control distribution center. This role is ideal for the person who thrives on organization, precision, and systems-thinking—someone who approaches inventory management with the care and structure of a librarian rather than a traditional warehouse worker.

Our facilities contain thousands of industrial automation components. Success in this role depends on maintaining order, accuracy, and accessibility across a complex and ever-growing catalog of new and repurposed parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, catalog and maintain inventory with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
• Ensure every item is properly labeled, documented, and traceable within inventory systems
• Participate in light warehouse duties such as part retrieval and preparation

·         Collaborate with other team members to meet strict daily shipping deadlines

• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong preference for order, structure, and precision
• Curious and technically inclined—interested in how industrial components work and fit together
• Finds satisfaction in accuracy, completeness, and well-maintained systems
