Nurse LPN

Responsibilities include

• Supervision of MA/Receptionist staff
• Oversee detailed patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using Electronic Health Record.
• Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety standards.
• Assist with complex procedures such as IV infusion
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct patient education on medication management, and instructions to promote ongoing health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Valid MA licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Experience working in primary care welcomed but not required
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
• Experience in IV insertion, phlebotomy, medication administration
• Excellent communication skills
