Job Description
Seeking an experienced Lab Director for a permanent leadership opportunity. This is a working manager role, combining laboratory leadership responsibilities with hands-on MT/MLT duties.
Position Highlights:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility required)
- Rotating weekend on-call schedule
- Supervise a team of 3 full-time Medical Technologists and 1 PRN staff member
- Perform both administrative and bench responsibilities
- Blood Bank experience required
- Starting salary: $80,000+, based on experience
