Location: Sharonville, OH 45241

Pay Rate: $25-$30 per hour Based on Experience

Shift Schedule: 10-Hour Shifts, Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM), plus possible Overtime!

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented welder/fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting, tacking, and welding complex metal assemblies utilizing MIG, TIG, or gas welding equipment. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional versatility, with the proven ability to work across all material thicknesses, specifically thin-gauge stainless steel and aluminum.

You must be able to independently interpret complex blueprints, weld symbols, and detailed technical drawings to layout and execute precise fabrications that meet strict quality standards.

 Job Duties:

• Welding Expertise: Proficiently perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on steel and aluminum metals.
• Execute precise cutting, bending, and shaping of materials used in stairwell rail construction.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and accurately interpret architectural blueprints and recognize standard weld symbols.
• Assembly: Assist the team with the assembly of finished components.
• Measuring Skills: Demonstrate great measuring skills to ensure absolute accuracy and fit-up of all fabricated parts.

Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug test.
