Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of electrical assembly experience required
- Strong wiring and mechanical skills preferred
- Experience with wire harnesses and soldering is a plus
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
- Assemble electrical components according to technical drawings and specifications
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wire strippers
- Install, align, fit, and secure components to exact requirements
- Dismantle, adjust, and reassemble equipment as needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
