Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active SLP - CCC certification
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, parents, and team members
  • Comfort working with students in diverse age groups and developmental stages

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students with communication and language challenges
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to foster student success
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and update IEPs regularly
  • Offer guidance and support during IEP meetings and consultations
  • Use evidence-based strategies and adaptive tools to maximize communication growth
