Position: Intake Therapist / Social Worker – Adult Behavioral Health
Location: Southgate, MI
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Shift: Days

Pay Rate

• Limited License: $27.22–$36.63/hr
• Full License: $29.47–$39.88/hr
• Salary based on experience (non-negotiable)

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Active Michigan License (LMSW, LLP, LPC preferred)
• Minimum 1 year post-master's experience in adult mental health
• Experience with severe mental illness population
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health intake assessments
• Develop initial treatment and safety plans
• Coordinate referrals and behavioral health services
• Complete documentation and maintain compliance
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
