Job Description
Summary:
The Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic X-ray procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with radiation safety standards. This role includes positioning patients, operating imaging equipment, completing documentation, and supporting daily imaging department operations.
Responsibilities:
• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures
• Position patients for imaging exams
• Operate and maintain X-ray equipment
• Ensure image quality and patient safety
• Follow radiation safety protocols
• Complete documentation and quality assurance checks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of AMA-approved Radiology Technology program
• ARRT Certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Associate Degree in Radiology preferred
Compensation:
• Starting at $28.05/hr (based on education and experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Nights / $10,000 Days
• 2-Year Commitment Required
