Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Colorado Teacher License with Special Education Generalist Endorsement (Ages 5-21)
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher, in schools preferred
- Ability to promptly complete time-sensitive district credentialing/contractor packet
- Willingness to be onsite, supporting students at one elementary location
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Affective Needs Teacher for elementary-aged students with diverse special education needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and other professionals
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and growth-focused learning environment
- Ensure documentation and compliance with district protocols
