1st Shift General Production

Join our team to package and facilitate the production of adhesives, sealants, and lubricants in an assembly line setting. Uphold all safety protocols and procedures, including the consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations and company standards. Adjust machine settings for efficient production and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area while accurately recording production data.

• Package and facilitate the production of adhesives, sealants, and lubricants in an assembly line setting.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Contribute to a safe work environment by following OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to verify products meet established customer specifications.
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and the work area.
• Accurately record production data and information.

• Experience in production, general labor, machine operation, and packing.
• Background in manufacturing, landscaping, or construction.

• No additional skills or qualifications are required.

We offer a competitive shift differential of 10% for applicable shifts and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, STD & LTD benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Our company provides up to a 4% 401k match after 90 days and 250 hours of service. Enjoy 40 hours of vacation after your first year and 80 hours after two years. Flexible 2nd shift positions are available with a 4-hour shift schedule from Monday to Thursday. There may be mandatory overtime based on production requirements.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility indoors, ensuring a controlled and safe work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, PA.

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $14.00/hr.
