Job Description
Physician – Nursing Home
We are seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to provide high-quality primary and diagnostic care for nursing home residents in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Location: Queens/ Westchester/Bronx/Brooklyn- NY
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Active New York Medical License
- BC/BE in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Palliative Care/Hospice, or Family Medicine
- Completion of an accredited residency program (or equivalent pathway)
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain during credentialing)
- Experience providing primary care services in a clinical setting preferred
- Residents and Fellows are encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
- $200,000 – $240,000 annually
