Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with school-age children and adolescent populations preferred

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Consult with staff, teachers, and families on behavioral strategies and progress
  • Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision for school staff regarding ABA best practices
  • Adapt interventions as needed based on data and feedback
