Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Hybrid | Behavioral Health

Summary

Hybrid behavioral health role in Bronx with only one on-site day per week. The position focuses on patient assessments, therapy services, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and collaboration with primary care and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements

• Active LCSW license required
• MSW from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health/social work experience
• Pediatric population experiences preferred
• Must be enrolled with Medicaid and Medicare as an LCSW

Required Skills

• Behavioral health screenings and biopsychosocial assessments
• Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
• Experience with EHR systems
• Spanish bilingual skills required
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Motivational Interviewing

Schedule / Work Type

Pay

• $90,000 – $95,000 annually
