Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master's preferred)
• Previous experience working with high school-aged students with varying exceptionalities
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

• Organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation
• Enthusiasm for fostering student growth and adapting instruction based on individual needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction and interventions for students with special needs in accordance with IEPs

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
