Logistics Coordinator

• Order Management — process and manage incoming and outgoing orders, including Ecommerce.
• Customer Communication — handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Warehouse Coordination — work closely with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Scheduling — manage delivery and pickup schedules throughout the day.
• Documentation Review — interpret pick tickets, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Inventory Management — maintain accurate records and understand inventory flow.
• Deadline Management — stay on top of daily tasks, special projects, and followup emails.
• TMS Usage — learn and use the company’s Transportation Management System (training provided).
• Microsoft Office — use Excel and Outlook confidently for daily operations.
