Who You Are
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- Experienced primary care clinician comfortable treating the full age spectrum
- Excellent communicator eager to collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinic model
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
