Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) – Mobile Imaging
Location: East Bay / San Francisco, California
Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)
Schedule: AM, PM, Evening & Weekend Shifts Available
Compensation: $52.00 – $60.00 per hour (Based on Experience) +Benefits
Relocation Assistance: Available (discussed during interview)
About the Opportunity
This role offers independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge portable imaging technology while providing exceptional patient care throughout the East Bay and San Francisco region.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mobile diagnostic X-Ray examinations using portable DR and CR radiography equipment.
- Obtain high-quality, diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.
- Travel to nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations.
- Perform EKGs as required and transmit results for cardiology review.
- Safely transport, operate, and maintain portable imaging equipment.
- Complete and submit required documentation and billing records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, facility staff, radiologists, and management teams.
- Follow all radiation safety and patient care protocols.
- Maintain company vehicle and imaging equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Active ARRT Certification.
- Active California Radiologic Technologist License.
- Limited License is NOT accepted.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to meet all health and vaccination requirements.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile healthcare environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to transport and maneuver portable imaging equipment.
- Frequent pushing and pulling of equipment weighing up to 50–100 lbs.
- Ability to travel between healthcare facilities throughout assigned territories.
