Gastroenterology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Location: New Windsor, NY

Practice Setting: Outpatient + Hospital 

Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced NP/PA in Gastroenterology to join a physician-led GI practice. Role includes outpatient care, hospital consults, and endoscopy coordination in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GI patients (outpatient + hospital)
• Coordinate pre/post endoscopy care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education
• Maintain EMR documentation and collaborate with physicians

Requirements

• Active NY NP/PA license + DEA
• 2–3+ years GI experience required
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  Preferred:
• Experience managing IBD, liver disease, or motility disorders
• Hospital privileges or eligibility
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000–$180,000 (based on experience)
• 4 weeks PTO + 6 holidays
• CME: 3 days + $1,500
• 401(k) with 6% match
