Behavioral Health Nurse Manager

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. 

Shifts: Days; 8A - 4P; MON - FRI

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• At least five (5) years of clinical experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Ability to monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards set by New York State Department of Health, The Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
• Familiarity with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methods and Root Cause Analysis.
• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) Preferred.
• Must hold a current license as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Crisis Management certification such as PMCS or TRUST.
